Created Hidden diary today. Interesting accomplishment. Took 2 hours plus to cut out the pages.


Renewed notion to do four things everyday

1. Meditate
2. Exercise
3. Read 3 x News
4. Jot down diary, think of impt TODO things constantly

This should take 2 hours daily if done properly

Life is about discipline

From kid, we climbed a shrine up in the mountains, it was a big shrine, with very little people but many stairs.

A Day Out to Refresh

Climbed up Atago stairs three times. Someone did four times. That was good exercise.


Played soccer for a while at NHK museum and might have injured the right leg.

Tonight is gonna be a good night.

Need to work on reflection as well!

Third Day of Adidas Training

Weight seems to be dropping 0.1kg per day
Played D&D again, son is getting better with plot twists
Need to maintain streaks for meditation and workout
